Privacy policy

This policy explains what GGameHost LLC collects when you use AIHostBox, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Two very different kinds of data

The distinction matters more here than on most hosting services, so we will be explicit.

• Account data — your name, email, billing details and support history. We are the controller of this data and we use it to operate the business.
• Instance data — whatever your application holds: conversations, documents, embeddings, workflow contents, API keys you configured. We are a processor of this data, acting on your instructions. We do not read it in the ordinary course of business, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not sell or share it.

2. What we collect

• Account and billing information you provide at signup.
• Server and network logs, including IP addresses, retained for security and troubleshooting.
• Support correspondence.
• Basic website analytics. We do not build advertising profiles.

3. When we access an instance

Host-level access exists so that we can back up, patch, restore and troubleshoot. We access the contents of an instance only when you ask us to — typically a support request — or where we must to investigate a security incident or comply with a legal obligation. Where the law permits, we will tell you if we are compelled to disclose data.

4. Model providers

If you configure a third-party model provider, prompts and content leave your instance and go to that provider under their terms and their retention policy. That is a choice you control, and it is the reason we also offer local model runtimes where no such call is made.

5. Sub-processors

We use a small number of providers to run the business: infrastructure and data centre providers, a payment processor, and an email delivery service for transactional mail. They receive only what their function requires. A current list is available on request.

6. Retention

Account and billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Instance data is retained while your service is active and for a short recovery window after termination, after which backups age out. Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. For instance data, you can usually exercise these directly inside your own application — you hold the admin account.

8. Security

Instances are single-tenant, transport is encrypted, backups are encrypted, and secrets are stored outside application images. Our patching commitments are published on the security page. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you promptly with what we know.

9. Cookies

Our website uses cookies necessary for the site and the client area to function, plus basic analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
