Unlimited automation

Workflow automation with no execution quota — the price does not move when the work does.

In short

Self-hosted automation replaces per-task billing with a fixed monthly instance. Activepieces, Windmill, Node-RED and Kestra all run as single-tenant deployments here; 200 runs a month and 200,000 cost the same, because the constraint is your plan’s CPU rather than a billing meter.

Hosted automation platforms price by task, execution or step. That model is fine while a workflow is an experiment and painful once it works — the better your automation gets, the more it costs you. Self-hosting inverts that: the instance is the cost, and throughput is an engineering question rather than an invoice.

Which engine depends on how your team thinks. Activepieces is closest to the SaaS experience with a large library of integrations. Windmill suits people who would rather write a Python or TypeScript function than drag a node. Node-RED owns event-driven and device work. Kestra is for scheduled data pipelines that belong in version control. We do not sell n8n — the reason is on our licensing page, and one of these four is almost always the right substitute.

How it works

Three steps, no Docker knowledge required

Pick the app and the size

Choose memory and storage from the plan table. Every plan is a single-tenant instance with its own volume, its own configuration and its own admin account.

We deploy and harden it

TLS on your domain or ours, firewall, a version pinned to a reviewed release, nightly off-box backups and isolated secrets.

You log in and build

The admin account is yours. Add your API keys, invite your team, export your data whenever you want. Patching stays with us.

Questions

Straight answers

Why is n8n missing from this list?
n8n ships under the Sustainable Use License, which restricts providing the software to others for a fee. We will not sell it without written permission. The guide page explains the licence and the alternatives.
Is there really no run limit?
None that we impose. The real limit is the CPU and memory of your plan, which is an honest constraint you can see and size for.
Can workflows call an AI model?
All four have model steps. Point them at your own provider key, or at an Ollama or LiteLLM plan so the automation runs on a model you host.
Is this a shared account or my own instance?
Your own. Every plan is a single-tenant instance with its own storage, its own configuration and its own admin account. Nobody else’s workload runs inside it, and nothing you store is pooled with other customers.
Do I have to know Docker?
No. We install the application, put it behind TLS on your domain or a subdomain of ours, and hand you the login. If you do want shell-level access to your data we provide SFTP; you are never required to use it.
What is included in the monthly price?
The instance, the storage, the bandwidth, nightly off-box backups, monitoring, security patching and human support. Model tokens are not included — you bring your own provider key, so there is no markup on usage.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes, resizing is an in-place upgrade and your data stays where it is. If you outgrow the catalogue entirely we will help you export everything.
