Terms of service

Last updated 10 September 2026

These terms govern your use of AIHostBox, a service operated by GGameHost LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By ordering a service you agree to them.

1. What we provide

We deploy and operate a dedicated, single-tenant instance of an open-source application that you select from our catalogue. Our responsibility covers the infrastructure, the installation, security patching, monitoring, backups and support. The application itself is third-party software published by its own maintainers under its own licence; we host it, we do not author it and we do not warrant its behaviour.

Model inference is not part of the service unless the plan explicitly includes a local model runtime. Where you configure a third-party model provider, your relationship with that provider — including cost, availability and their terms — is yours.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity on your instance. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or an API key has been compromised.

3. Fees, billing and renewal

  • Services are prepaid for the term you select and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. You can cancel at any time from the client area; we do not require notice periods or phone calls.
  • Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
  • Invoices unpaid seven days after the due date may result in suspension; data is retained for a further fourteen days before deletion.

Refunds. If a service we deployed does not work as described on its product page and we cannot fix it, we will refund the current term. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not refund for a change of mind after a service has been provisioned and used, and we do not refund third-party model charges, which are billed to you by your provider.

4. Third-party software licences

Each application carries its own licence, which continues to apply to you as the operator of the instance. Some impose conditions we implement on your behalf — single tenancy, retained branding — and you agree not to circumvent them. Our position on individual applications is published on the licensing page.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with our acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. Serious or repeated breaches may result in suspension without refund.

6. Data, backups and export

Data stored on your instance remains yours. We take nightly off-box backups for operational recovery; these are not an archival service and retention is a rolling window. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. On request during an active service, or within thirty days of termination, we will provide an export of your application data.

7. Availability

Availability commitments and the credits that apply when we miss them are set out in the service level agreement.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a service immediately where it is being used unlawfully, where it threatens the stability or security of our infrastructure, or where a payment is materially overdue. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first. You may terminate at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for the output of any AI model — including outputs that are inaccurate, offensive or infringing. Language models generate text probabilistically; you are responsible for reviewing what your deployment produces before relying on it.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced at least thirty days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
