Chatwoot hosting at AIHostBox means a dedicated, single-tenant Chatwoot instance on our infrastructure: we install it, pin it to a reviewed release, put it behind TLS on your domain, back it up nightly and keep it patched. Plans start at $13.99 per month and the admin account, the data and any API keys are yours.
Chatwoot brings live chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Telegram into one inbox, with teams, assignment rules, canned responses, a help centre and reporting. The AI features — reply suggestions and summaries — run against a model key you supply.
Self-hosting matters here for two reasons: support conversations are some of the most sensitive data a company holds, and per-agent pricing on hosted desks grows faster than the team does. Upstream recommends four cores and 4 GB as a minimum, so that is where our plans start rather than below it.
